I also draw on my experience as a medical writer and researcher to find ways to get rid of stubborn patterns. Often what works for athletes trying to overcome a touchy hamstring often works as well for people trying to erase tension from an old whiplash. Who knew?

In 90 minute sessions ($155 ) both massage and acupuncture are utilized, with most of the time spent on massage. Currently focusing on trigger points, my massage style integrates myofascial work, Shiatsu, and Swedish massage with the precision and energetic awareness of acupuncture. I incorporate many modalities in each massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy.
