I have 25 years of counseling experience, specializing in PTSD and Complex PTSD. I have always using a Trauma-Informed Approach, meaning I use only techniques and methods that ensure I do no further harm. I also work with anxiety, depression, abuse and neglect, weight issues, relationship issues, and with those who feel they do not know who they are anymore, or maybe never really did. I believe my job in therapy is to provide caring support for you and work with you to gain a better understanding of yourself and your actions so you can live your best life.
