Listen to Your Body to Connect with the Wisdom that Heals
There is a movement that is happening. It is a movement for healing that is arising from each person's soul. As a culture we have exhausted the possibilities of our individualistic/separatist concepts of life and are now awakening to the "interbeing" of all of life. Sourcing ourselves from this place of "interbeing" is the only truly sustainable way to live and yet we often feel confused about how to connect with that source. In my own life, I have found no better way to connect to this source than through the body. When we enter into the awareness of our own body, we discover the wellspring that gives our life meaning, creativity and the ability to simply be with what is. In these challenging times when the world is changing so quickly, it can be difficult to feel where our moorings are. But if we go deeply into our own felt experiences we discover the resiliency, the comfort and the wisdom to continue making our way on a path with heart. I draw from a variety of ways for accessing the body's wisdom to help guide clients to a deeper relationship with their own body. Clients learn how to release tension, align the body, listen deeply to what the body is saying, and to be present with whatever is arising (both internally and externally). Also explored are methods for self expression that help nurture and sustain a healthy, creative life. My clients are often people who are moving through some kind of healing process. Whether it is an illness, an injury, or some type of chronic pain, clients frequently come to this type of body awareness work when they have not had the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual relief that they are seeking from other modalities such as physical therapy or psychotherapy. Physical therapy that does not take into account the psycho-emotional aspect of body symptoms can be little better than a short term fix and likewise psychotherapy that focuses only on mentally comprehending troubling issues, is missing out on the vast resources for healing that the body offers. With Movement for Healing you will reap the benefits of allowing your whole self to participate in your healing.

Yoga is a holistic practice supporting balance, awareness, and well-being. My work focuses on traditional yoga principles, including mindful movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation. Based in Rishikesh, I work with individuals seeking yoga as a supportive practice for stress management, physical comfort, and emotional balance, emphasizing consistency, simplicity, and self-awareness. Adhiroha, one of the most desirable and preferable school to learn Yoga in India. A place through which one passes always wish and wanted to be there, to live here. It is not only because of the serene location but also the energy of the place we have created pulls neither everyone nor no-one. We realise, when a person comes for a yoga in India, have different purposes. Our place is made for those who wants to understand the mind, realise the physical body and feel the emotions; experience self. So that you may slightly understand the chord which connects you to the Divine or the Supreme. For some, It is neither easy nor difficult, it is just an experience of oneness or nothingness. While for others, A knot between Who Am I & Who I Am. So we are for those who are neither seekers nor lost. But the ones who are ready to learn everything or nothing. Because for us either of the scenario is same. Sometimes our guests call us ‘A Yoga Paradise’ but we call it ‘Adhiroha', a paradise to Experience Yoga within Shiva. We appreciate the ones who are ready to be a part of this amazing yoga path. With that purpose, We always ensures and encourages our students to be absolute aware about their journey, To be clear about their purpose. With this experience you will understand neither the meaning nor the purpose of your existence or non existence. We will give you neither a feeling of convincing nor skeptical, we are experiencing a stage where we understand neither everything is right nor anything is wrong. It is just a purpose and a role of being in a circle of energies which makes life ain’t real nor a dream. Experience Adhiroha. Aum Namaha Shivaya!
