In my journey I have provided psycho-educational programs and lectured nationally on such topics as Stress Reduction, Parenting, Anxiety and Relaxation and have appeared on cabel televesion and radio addressing various emotional wellness issues. As a Red Cross Disaster Action Member and as a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer I was called to assist during the 911 disaster as well as Katrina, the Buffalo Air crash, Haiti earthquake, the New Jersey floods and other local disasters. I believe my unique and varied experiences contribute to my ability to provide a safe, effective, caring environment for healing. .
