After a successful career as a banker/consultant, I became a Buddhist and started to understand life in all its dimensions, and our struggles. Helping people resolve traumatic experiences is one of my specialties. I believe many problems such as self-defeating behavior patterns, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties have their origin in traumatic events in the past even when the person is not experiencing full-blown PTSD.
