I am the Director of the Hudson Valley Center for Cognitive Therapy (HVCCT). Our therapists are warm, dedicated, and highly trained professionals who have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Goal-oriented and problem-focused, the emphasis of the treatment we provide is teaching individuals specific strategies to change the way they think in order to manage their moods and life problems, build new skills, and develop more effective ways of coping that can be used in everyday life. My name is Jacqueline Raffaele. I come from a family of therapists, as my father as well as my brother are Clinical Social Workers.
