Online Psychotherapy
I offer an alternative to traditional in-office therapy through secure, HIPAA compliant video sessions on doxy.me. My practice is rooted in accessibility, compassion, and integration, making therapy available to anyone seeking growth, healing, or clarity no matter where they are. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the complex emotional patterns that shape our lives. As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and humanistic frameworks. This allows me to tailor each session to the unique personality, needs, and goals of the individual. Rather than adhering to a single model, I help clients uncover what truly works for them, whether it’s developing insight into the past, learning new coping skills, or cultivating emotional regulation in the present moment. My approach emphasizes authenticity and collaboration. I believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive partnership where you can explore your story without judgment. Many clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Together, we work to transform those feelings into understanding and action. You will find that our sessions balance structure with flexibility, allowing space for both emotional depth and practical problem solving. Online therapy offers the utmost convenience, privacy, and comfort. Sessions can be scheduled at times that fit your lifestyle, removing the obstacles of travel, traffic, and scheduling conflicts. Many clients appreciate the ability to connect from their own home or private space, where they often feel more relaxed and open to self-reflection. For individuals who are apprehensive about visiting a therapist’s office, telehealth creates a sense of safety and ease that encourages engagement and progress. Confidentiality is central to my practice. doxy.me is fully encrypted, secure, and compliant with all federal privacy standards. You can trust that your personal information and session content remain completely private. Therapy is an investment in your well-being and your future. Whether you are seeking relief from stress or anxiety, working through depression or trauma, improving your relationships, or simply striving for greater emotional balance, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where real change can occur. My goal is to help you develop resilience, insight, and tools that will continue to support you long after therapy ends. If you are ready to begin, reach out to schedule a session. Together, we can create a path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

If I will feel that I may not be the right fit, I will provide you with referrals for therapists who specialize in the issue you are seeking a solution for (i.e., pain management). We will also discuss fees. In our first session I will go over the inform consent and office policies with you and will collect data for the intake. Attachment Therapy for All Relationships
Neuorfeedback Solutions
You may have found this listing in a focused search for a healing solution for your traumatized, attachment challenged child or RAD diagnosed child within your family. You came to the right spot. I work with individuals, couples, and families utilizing attachment therapies designed to address underlying emotional difficulties associate with parent/child challenges in the first few years of life. I am experienced in couples attachment therapy and emotionally focused therapy approaches that are proven effective with adults. Also, I specifically specialize in treating children and adolescents who may have experienced trauma due to childhood abuse, neglect, abandonment, multiple foster family placements, and/or adoption. These children have already experienced harm and I take great care not to cause them to be re-traumatized by the clinical interventions that are designed to help them heal and grow into healthy individuals. My therapeutic approach is proven effective in reducing the behavioral symptoms that are often associated with a variety of disorders, including Complex Developmental Trauma, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and others. Additionally, my treatment approach addresses the underlying fears, misperceptions, and distress from which this population of children may suffer, and which contribute to their disturbing behavior and lack of healthy attachment relationships. Our latest therapeutic addition to our services is neurofeedback. Finally, a way to retrain the brain for a better life. Additionally, I use individual Emotionally Focused Family Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy with the child when trauma is interfering with the ability to think clearly, make decisions from a solid base, and cope emotionally to family interactions, life experiences, and challenges. You do not have to figure this out alone. There is hope. Your child can grow to express love more freely, and your family can live peacefully together.

Effective Trauma Treatment with EMDR
My practice specializes in treatment trauma, both individual and complex, with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an evidence/research model that is successful in the treatment of recent and past traumatic events. EMDR is especially helpful to clients who have experienced trauma given it is not an exposure treatment model and does not required extensive talking about the traumatic incidents. The first two sessions are used to develop a psychosocial history and to identify the specific events to be desensitized with EMDR. Prior to treatment of traumatic events, clients create and practice realization tools to help with the success of the therapy. Traumatic incidents are scaled on the Subjective Units of Disturbance Scale ( 0 to 10) with 10 being the most severe. The goal in treatment is to bring the level of distress for the trauma to 0 or neutral. In addition, I specialize in working with Homicide Survivors, an individual who has had a member of their family murdered. I use the EMDR and the Recent Event Protocol to focus on and desensitize the event for the victim.

Finally, Someone Who Understands And Has
Skills That Can Help You
I have a small private practice in Dallas, just off of the tollway and Trinity Mills. I deliberately keep it small so that I can truly devote myself to the clients that I have. I am selective about who I take as therapy patients and coaching clients. I only work with people who are really committed to the process of their work. You can go at your own pace and in your own direction when you work with me. However, I have found that clients who attend therapy regularly and who commit to doing between-session work are the onces who are most successful. In our initial meeting, we will get to know each other and see if this is the right type of therapy for you. You can assess whether you think I would be the right therapist for you, and I will tell you honestly whether I think I am the right one to help you. If it is a match, I will be delighted to be a part of your journey. The type of therapies that I'm specialized in doing are called Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cogntive Behavioral Therapy. You can visit my Dallas REBT CBT Meetup Group, which is a low cost psycho-educational group that I run monthly, during which I talk about REBT and CBT topics. You can also visit my other group: The Dallas Club Fearless Meetup Group, which is another low cost monthly group. I am also always gathering names of people who are interested in participating in a psychotherapy group at my office. Psychotherapy groups focus on your specific psychological needs, whereas the meetup groups are focused on topics and are not therapy groups. **Please note: at this time, I don't accept insurance. I can provide you with an insurance receipt for you to file upon payment. Please check with your provider to see if you have benefits to include out of network reimbursement directly to you.

Journeys to Inspiration
Therapy is a guide toward defining and reaching life goals. With over 30 years of experience, my interactive approach utilizes the skills and strengths of the individual or couple to resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, loss and grief, lifestyle changes and crisis. When indicated, I use therapeutic hypnosis for a range of issues such as improving self esteem, breaking habits, pain reduction, and smoking cessation. I use EMDR for phobias and traumas. I work with individuals and couples. In addition, two programs are offered to the communities called "Changing Weighs." These are groups that provide therapeutic hypnosis, support, and lifestyle changes for weight management. I consult to companies providing clinical services, supervision and program design. Some of the program designs have been around wellness programs to meet the needs of employees. I also give presentations on a variety of topics including mental health, stress management, addictions and weight management.

Do you struggle with ongoing depression or anxiety?
Have you tried talk therapy without good results ?
Do you struggle with anxiety, fears and phobias or flashbacks and panic attacks. These symptoms of anxiety also cause depression. Have you tried to get rid of these symptoms using talk therapies alone? Have you been disappointed with those results? EMDR is an evidenced based therapy which lessens feelings of shame, fear, and other feelings that hold self judgment and self limiting beliefs . Beliefs are important because they drive our livesIf (especially the beliefs that are unconscious). EMDR is a process that can easily change your perspective and disempower these limiting beliefs. I use EMDR and EFT (emotional freedom techniques) for faster relief of symptoms of sadness, shame, and fears. These are the 2 therapy techniques that bring the fastest relief to clients in emotional pain.

...there is hope...there is help...
Life can be difficult and at times people may require the assistance of a professional counselor to aid them in resolving challenges in their lives. Truth and Grace Counseling, LLC, was established to provide an opportunity for individuals, couples, and families to receive therapy in a nonjudgmental environment from Karen M. Bridwell, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), who is dedicated to helping people more fully enjoy their life and purpose. Truth was chosen because there is a healing power that can be realized when the truth concerning a challenge is revealed and accepted, and Grace was chosen because Karen believes that conveying truth in a compassionate manner is important in therapy. There are varieties of reasons why people seek counseling, but no matter the motivation, Karen believes they want and need to be accepted right where they are. She approaches each individual's unique story from a nonjudgmental position, as she seeks to understand the client's perspective in an effort to help them overcome their challenges. She is a goal-oriented counselor who uses a combination of therapies with clients, selecting the techniques that work best with each individual as together she and the client decide, develop, and pursue agreed upon objectives. Developing a therapeutic relationship is important as she and the client work together to uncover the thoughts and behaviors that are counterproductive in the life of the person. Then Karen has the client put into practice the alternative thoughts and behaviors that make possible the positive changes that will enable them to more fully enjoy their life and purpose.

Feel understood fast
for Doubters, Pouters and Everyone in Between
Many of us are reluctant to try psychotherapy until we have exhausted every conceivable means of coping with our problems. The reasons that we don't seek professional help is complex. But whether it is fear of change, pessimism or defensiveness the root may be not wanting to face ourselves. Effective therapy is about facing things about ourselves that we either can't or don't want to see. There are obvious reasons for our lack of success in love, work and relationships, yet we remain blind to them. We know that angry communication never works but we continue to act as if it does. We withhold our true feelings not only from others but ourselves. We wander through our lives sometimes dazed, sometimes confused and often disconnected. We are hurting but act as if we are invulnerable. We can be pleasant, polite to a fault, generous and kind, but, alas, feel empty at the same time. Media about movies about aliens, robots and the undead reflect the alienation from self that is so prevalent in contemporary life. We look away from ourselves. We think that problems are outside of ourselves not within us. Learning to solve the problems within us is a major goal in psychotherapy. “You have every right to expect psychotherapy to be a force for personal growth. An effective therapist will help you see your problems clearly, so that solutions become emotionally apparent and therefore, accessible. Successful therapy will address your anger and anxiety. will diminish your shame, self-blame and self-doubt. It will help you to face yourself in ways that you have avoided or been unaware of. Effective therapy makes change inevitable. If therapy does not succeed in addressing of deep frustration with self and others, it's not working. Interventions are designed to raise self-esteem, self-respect, personal authority and improve interpersonal communication underlying feelings of loneliness and isolation. I have been a licensed therapist for over four decades. My expertise is based on a wealth of personal as well as professional experience. I am familiar with every phase of the life cycle and the particular issues that arise in each phase of your journey. I encourage you to take the first step toward self-exploration. I hope to aid you in your self-affirmation.

Presence Psychotherapy, EMDR, SE, IFS & Coherence Therapy.
I maintain a general private practice with a specialty in the treatment of trauma, primarily working virtually (over Zoom) with some in-person availability in my office in Montclair, New Jersey. Whether you have experienced a major traumatic event, suffer from from acute or chronic anxiety and/or depression or whether you are feeling frustrated or stuck in repetitive patterns in your work or personal life, effective psychotherapy can help bring about symptom resolution, personal growth, and positive, lasting change. I am an active participant in each treatment and will work relationally with you to address your concerns. I also specialize in the use of more body-based modalities such as Presence psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) SE (Somatic Experiencing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and CT (Coherence Therapy). I have found, and current research is validating, how essential a healthy mind/body connection is to facilitating any real and lasting shifts from historic and habituated patterns to new, more adaptive ones, and I have found these modalities particularly effective in this regard.

All of us hit roadblocks in our lives. Often the chaos of life presents a situation or event that causes stress and anxiety. You may not know how to think about the problem let alone what to do about it. In addition, feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, or unmotivated, does not require an event to provoke pain. I'm talking about a need to be heard, listened to, …… understood. If you’re depressed or anxious, always angry or simply feeling unmotivated, we can work toward putting that puzzle inside you together. What we are seeking is change. Something that we can measure that helps you make more effective choices, or reduces your stress, or alters patterns in your behavior that have gotten in your way or simply helps you understand yourself and your life in a less complicated way. In addition to indvidual therapy, I work with many couples who have hit crossroads in their relationships and we try to find that common demominator of communication, that point where each partner will choose to listen to the other. Not an easy task, I relish the struggle and invite couples willing to take the leap.

Survive an affair/ infidelity ...then thrive as a couple!
Develop the relationship you've always dreamed of having!
From my many years of experience as a psychotherapist, I know the quality of our relationships is central to our entire experience of life. If our primary relationship is not going well, it is hard for us to be truly happy so I am especially passionate about helping couples in crisis, when there has been some kind of betrayal. So many relationships that start out feeling wonderful and exciting end up in frustration and disappointment. In addition, life crises can stress a relationship to the brink. It saddens me to know that couples go through the intense pain of breaking up only to struggle in their next relationship. It doesn't need to be that way. I help couples learn skills that give them immediate relief from their most hurtful encounters and foster deep empathy, understanding and connection. In only a few coaching sessions with your partner, you will learn how to communicate in ways that: * Rekindle friendship and passion * Truly resolve long standing conflict and * Lead to individual growth and satisfaction. I see psychotherapy as helping people access their inner resources, deepen their self awareness, develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and break old habits, and learning coping skills to face the inevitable stresses of life. I am an empathetic, active listener who approaches my clients' concerns with deep respect, honesty, pragmatism, caring and sometimes, with humor. I am results oriented and ensure that my clients can transfer what they experience and learn in my sessions to their real life. I am humbled and honored by the trust my clients have shown me over the years as me I have accompanied them on their journey back to safety and and enriched personal relationships and to more fulfillment and satisfaction with life.

I believe that the heart of successful counseling and psychotherapy is a trusting, professional relationship with thier therapist . More than ever, people need a safe, private place to talk about what really matters. As a therapist for over thirty years, I have experience working with clients presenting a wide range of concerns. Together we will work to replace ineffective patterns with successful coping skills. I am experienced working with individuals, families; adolescents and parent child relationships. In my experience with couples I have seen a wide variety of styles. A key to most successful couples is thier ability to communicate and work through issues. When issues are resolved they seldom reappear in future interactions. Couples generally come into therapy becasue they want to improve or change something in thier relationship. Couples will learn to identify strengths in themselves and each other, improve listening skills; and learn more effective problem solving techniques. My clinical training and specialty is treating anxiety, depression, and issues related to traumas and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

Experience Counts!
As a licensed clinical social worker and certified sex therapist with over 40 years of experience, I bring a broad perspective and a practical approach to my work. I deal with issues of relationships, parenting, depression and anxiety, as well as concerns around sexuality, including disparate desire, dysfunction, lack of desire, unusual sexual preferences, sexuality and disability and aging, sexually transmitted diseases, and polyamorous relationships. I have a solo practice with an office in the Mission-Noe Valley district of San Francisco. I offer brief phone consultations, have no office staff and look after all facets of the practice myself. Providing a safe and private enviornment is a priority. Although trained in the psychodynamic model of therapy, I have evolved a briefer, present-focused treatment approach using cognitve and behavioral strategies.Treatment focuses on developing insight about unproductive behaviors, building communication and relationship skills and solidifying gains made in therapy.

Effective Therapy Creates
Meaningful, Lasting, Joyful Change
Each of us is unique, complex and special. Together we can resolve the inner and outer conflicts that create pain and exhaustion. Our life often brings experiences not of our choosing. Sometimes we’re hurt by others. Sometimes we don’t fit easily into the world we live in. Sometimes what life brings feels too big to accept and manage. I can help you find peaceful and practical ways of doing the best you can with what is, of managing your self and situations with compassion and skill, of finding joy and nourishment in this life at this time. For over 25 years I have been practicing my craft with children, adolescents, middle adults, elders, couples and families. They have come to me with developmental, situational and relational issues. Some had experienced tragedies; some felt overwhelmed by their children or partner. Some were deeply grieving, some filled with anger. Some had illnesses or disabilities they wish they didn’t. Each of them added to my understanding of what it is to be human. Most of us long for happiness, self acceptance, caring relationships and success in our endeavors. Together, drawing from my extensive training and experience and your inner and outer resources, we can create meaningful, lasting and joyful change.

Our problems with our friends lovers families and workmates, frequently reflect our struggles with our selves. Feeling stuck, lost chronically angry or unhappy, can result from conflicts and feeling states inside us that we are unaware of. Also, unresolved issues from the past, can result in chronic emotional disruption and pattens of thinking feeling and perceiving that work against us I provide the kind of focused listening and safe, relaxed environment that allows each individual I work with to develop a self awareness and self acceptance that lead internal and external changes. I do insight oriented psychotherapy combined with EMDR, and other techniques that are geared toward faster resolution of old issues, and paving the way toward making change.

Expert Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
Ganey Counseling & Consultation is a small private practice located in Central Bucks County PA. We strive to see clients become healthy individuals and families that are learning how to care for theirselves on their journey of life. We work from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective that emphasizes clients learning more about what they believe about theirself that may be conscious or unconscious and drives thoughts, choices, reactions, emotions and view of life. As clients learn how to know and understand their beliefs and values and the impact these have on life, they are better able to assess the health of their beliefs and values and make changes where necessary so that they achieve sustainable changes in life. Our goal is to treat the whole person, couple or family. To that end we attempt to work closely with primary care physicians, nutritionists, psychiatrists and other providers to meet all the needs of our clients. We are working to bring together in one office building in the next year a family medical practice, physical therapists and medical specialists from a local hospital. GCC is currently comprised of; Dr. Kevin Ganey, a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in Children and Adolescent treatment, anxiety, adjustment, depression, ASD, eating disorders, educational concerns, and psychological assessment. Dr. Warren Saul, a licensed professional counselor, who specializes in couples; premarital and marital counseling, trauma, grief and the integration of religious and psychological values. Hilde McKernan, MS, LPC. She works with adolescents and young adults with anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment and development. We are credentialed with Aetna, Highmark BCBS and United Healthcare.

Why Wait to Have the Life You Want?
REMOTE SESSIONS DURING CORONAVIRUS: PHONE OR ONLINE
OVERVIEW Together we look at your life to see what works, what doesn’t, and why. We’ll see who you are, the relationships you’re in, and what stops you from having the life you want. We’ll see how you act, think, feel, and relate to others today and how those have been affected by your life experiences. We’ll work to change things so your life does work for you. TRAUMA You may feel anxious, depressed, or alienated. Here you can feel safe, talk honestly about what happened and about how it still affects you, even when other people don't understand or can't stand to hear it any more. I help you understand why you’re reacting as you do, even when you may feel out of control or a little "crazy." You'll learn ways to work through the psychological and emotional impact of what happened so you can get your life back. If you or your family member is a victim of violent crime, you may be eligible for therapy at no cost to you. ADDICTIONS (Substances and Behaviors) You might have difficulty with alcohol or drugs, or you may need help evaluating if that’s true, how great the difficulty is, or what you can do about it. You may also be asking similar questions about sexual behaviors or compulsions, porn, gambling, Internet usage, spending, eating, cutting, or anything else you do that feels questionable or out of control. Some people feel like they are addicted to another person, what sometimes is referred to as "love addiction." GAY/LESBIAN/BISEXUAL ISSUES While I work with heterosexuals, I also work with many gay, bisexual, or lesbian people, both individually and in couples. If you’re in a process of self-discovery, you’ll be the one to decide what your sexual orientation and identity is. If you’re now coming out, together we can consider if, when, how, and with whom you decide to do it. If you’re clear and comfortable with your sexual orientation, I can give you safe place where you can be open about who you and how HIV has impacted your life or your relationships MIND/BODY The mind and body are functionally identical. What you think affects how you feel, and what you feel affects how think. I work at both levels, with people who are interested in doing that. For people who aren't interested in the this work, I am happy to stay strictly in a talk-therapy mode. YOU SET THE COURSE, AND I'LL HELP YOU GET THERE. Dr. Martin specializes in the treatment of Anxiety and Fears: Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Medical Procedure Fears, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Work Stress, Marital Stress, Specific Phobias. Treatment emphasizes Exposure-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Treatment is active, collaborative, supportive, and custom tailored to each individual. The patient works at his or her own pace while actively learning to think and behave in ways that increase confidence. Successful therapy leads to reduced anxiety, depression, avoidance and impairment. Dr. Martin has offices in both Marin and Sonoma Counties. Problems Treated: PANIC DISORDER: Panic Disorder essentially means fear of panic attacks. Many people (perhaps one out of five) experience panic attacks, yet most are not frightened about them. They are very uncomfortable, but are usually understood not to be dangerous. Most people float with them while the adrenalin burns off and within a half an hour or so, feel recovered and may feel a little “off” for an hour or so afterwards (like they just ran an Olympic sprint). A panic attack is a sudden and severe onset of anxiety which may include, for example, heart racing, difficulty breathing, feelings of dread and needing to escape, light-headedness or dizziness. AGORAPHOBIA: In most instances, Agoraphobia refers to the experience of great emotional distress in, or avoidance of situations where one fears having a panic attack. In other words, it often accompanies Panic Disorder. Situations include shopping malls, church services, parties, restaurants, airplanes, bridges, freeways, doctors offices and even medical and dental procedures such as MRIs where the patient feels trapped and afraid of having a panic attack or in some cases a more limited symptom (not quite panic). Again, the underlying fear here would be either physical harm; social humiliation; or losing mental control and somehow not being able to get help. OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD may take a variety of forms. Six of these seem to account for most of OCD. Many sufferers experience more than one form and symptoms may change over time. GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER. These patients have frequent episodes of worry, often many times a day. They worry excessively about such things as paying bills, traffic accidents, illness, etc. Their anxiety goes up and down as the individual is confronted situationally or mentally with a worried thought. SPECIFIC PHOBIAS. These include for instance, fear of heights, flying, driving, public speaking, closed spaces, or animals. These individuals usually know their fears are exaggerated but like all anxiety disorders they continue to wonder “what if.” Thus, they either avoid situations or endure them with much distress. DEPRESSION. Unlike an anxiety disorder, clinical depression often affects mood in many situations which are not stressful in and of themselves. Getting easily frustrated over small things is a common symptom of Clinical Depression. Depressed mood, tearfulness, loss of interest in normally pleasurable activities, lowered feelings of self worth and suicidal feelings are common symptoms. Getting increasingly frustrated or irritable, having constant ruminative worry, difficulty concentrating or remembering things, problems sleeping or with appetite can all feel like symptoms of anxiety. But they are also common symptoms of clinical depression. SITUATIONAL STRESS. Marital problems, grief over loss of a friend, work conflicts, or financial uncertainty are all examples of situational stress. These stressors may be temporary, but can also be quite distressing and impairing and can lead to more serious problems over time such as an anxiety disorder or clinical depression.

Simple Solutions for Complicated Lives
Be Your Own Guru~Tuning In To Inner Clarity
Of course you are affected by your loved one's behaviors. How could you not be? It makes perfect sense that you would want to support and give to the dear ones in your life. But sometimes focusing on other people can become a problem. Especially if prioritizing others and trying to anticipate their needs before they've even voiced them has been the main source of one's validation, praise, even identity. This pattern can stand in the way of your success if it leaves no energy for your personal development. People can find themselves feeling lost and lonely in their own lives. Feeling purposeless, unmotivated, drifting, can be signs that something is wrong. Because in study after study, human beings have shown themselves to be overwhelmingly drawn to work they are passionate about, motivated to be part of making a difference, endlessly creative when given the right circumstances, wanting to make connections Often people don't talk about the way they are feeling because they're afraid of the stigma of DEPRESSION, what if that's what they're feeling? Perhaps, but most of the time there are simple Life Skills missing in these instances and with a few simple evidence-based tools in hand there can be major change. A person can see themselves having more success in communication in general, but specifically in negotiating what they need at their jobs to make it worthwhile for them to be there. They can see themselves suddenly not paralyzed when major things don't go as planned because they know how to talk themselves through it, who to reach out to for help, and how to take care of themselves until they feel better enough to make decisions from a healthier emotional/mental state. They are able to put into play a few regular practices that support self connection and develop emotional intelligence allowing them to think on their feet, experience and identify emotion in the moment and not have to act on it, see and articulate choice and so many other emotional intelligence capacities. If you are experiencing difficulty in personal relationships, finding it hard to function at work or in the rest of your life, experiencing either a confused, dissociated state or an extreme loss of motivation, struggles with self-esteem, a chronic self criticism, not acknowledging your successes or thinking you have none? You can stop feeling badly that you struggle with these things. They are often part of a set of behavioral symptoms that has points to a lack of Life Skills, one of those repurposed words, which means several things: *you aren't alone *you are ok *you can feel better because there is help, support, and these skills can be learned There's no reason to struggle alone with this any longer. I offer free consultations so you can call and schedule one today. 415-378-7506
